Velocity gradient tensor plotting

requirements : GLOBK prt-file

LIMITATIONS : cannot be run in the background.... It takes less than a minute....
: one job in the current directory at a time
: don not clean tmp* files while running.

-f[ile] file : input GLOBK getrel-file
-wm ## : Size of rotation wedges. Default is 5.e6.
-wedge_mag
-ws ## : Rotation scale. Default is .25
-wedge_scale
-cs ## : Strain scale. Default is 2.e6.
-cross_scale
-cal : CALIFORNIA fault files. turns off Turkey plot.
-exclude : do not use Turkey plotter. In future, this will be default.
-t[ype] selection : plotting area characteristics

-c[omment] text : No need for quotes. This option should be issued LAST

-corner : DO not plot triangle corners.
-name : Write site names. DEfault is no.
-filter : Do not filter anything. [-cut -epssig do not apply]. Default is filter.
: When filter is on FYI file: fort.30 into which everything is dumped.
-cut angle : maximum uncertainty in the axes of principla strains. Default is 45 degrees. [FIltered < 90].
-epssig : strain uncertainties. [ -cut angle applies]
DEfault. Do NOT plots strains if corresponding sigmas exceed the values.
Allows plotting strains if strains are less than max-sigma
Useful if only one component is resolved.
-scale [1,2,3.92,4.894] : scale the uncertainties in getrel file. Default is 2. NO other scales are coded.
-epssigplot : Plot strain sigma offset by theta sigma. Default is OFF.
-concat : Enable later concatenation of several psfiles by removing end-of-file marks.
: You cannot print this file.

-strfile name : Strain file from delaunay output. No headers.
-rotfile name : Rotation file from delaunay output. No headers.
-delaunayfile name : Your very own delaunay output. No headers.
-networkfile name : Your very delaunay newtwork. No headers.

-h[eader] : TURN OFF header prints. Good for thesis plots. Default is ON, print header.
-JGMTparameters : projection size. Default is -Jm.25 (mercator) Refer to GMT manual
-RGMTparameters : projection range. Default is -R22/48/32/45 (mercator) Refer to GMT manual
-BGMTparameters : GMT borders. Default is -Bf2/f2WSen (mercator) Refer to GMT manual
-color : Custom colors for map and tectonic elements. Good for overhead print, otherwise the colors suck.

-page : Turn off Portrait Mode. An automatic scaling by 1.4.
-d[elete] <text> : REMOVE GPS site name from tables. Non-ambiguous length of letters

-linearxp : Default is lower right corner. Linear distance scale longitude position and you have to know you map bounds.
