Translate an NGS ARGO observation (.dat) file to one or more RINEX o files
 
   
 USAGE:  sh_argo2rx  -f <argo-file> -o  -apr <arp-file>  
   
         <argo-file>   name of input ARGO .dat file 
 
         -o            overwrite any existing RINEX files with sesson # 0
                       if omitted, increment the session number to avoid 
                       overwritting partial-day files; necessary because ARGO
                       files sometimes span day boundaries.  In this case, 
                       you should translate the ARGO files in chronological 
                       order.
  
         <apr-file>    optional GLOBK .apr file for RINEX headers coordinates 
   
  NOTES:  If available, station.info and rcvant.dat will be read to get header 
          information. The station code used to name the output file and to read 
          station.info and the apr file is taken from the ARGO file name, so the 
          input files should be renamed correctly before running the script
